Why: It's fair to say that Tatsuya and Yoshiaki, the chef owners of Stem, have presented some of the most beautiful food ever to grace an Orofino dinner table. The last time we hosted them here for a Long Table dinner, they had just been named Vancouver's best luxury Japanese Restaurant by Vancouver Magazine! This time around Tatsuya said something about bringing his "big sushi cooler". We don't even have to ask because we know it will be another special evening.
