This off-dry single vineyard Riesling shows beautiful notes of delicate florals and lemon curd with a mineral streak so typical of the Similkameen Valley. Pairs well with a variety of spicy Asian foods.
Wild fermented and aged in a combination of older, neutral French oak barrels and concrete tanks. This slightly off-dry Riesling, produced from our own vines planted in 1989, shows notes of mango, flowers and minerality.
This wine shows excellent concentration with well-rounded notes of lemon and pineapple. 100% barrel fermented, only 30% new. A rich creamy mouthfeel is backed by that trademark Similkameen acidity. Will age beautifully!
Something a little different from Orofino - A fizzy red inspired by Lambrusco! Bright, fruity, dry and highly quaffable. A perfect accompaniment to pre-dinner nibbles.
A co-ferment of elegant Pinot Noir with spicy, juicy Gamay. This delightful wine is meant to be consumed in its youth. Light bodied & fruit forward, with hints of baking spice and great acidity!
Pinot Noir seems to like our site here on the Cawston bench. We blend 5 clones of Pinot Noir from various blocks of vines planted as far back as 1989. This is a wine that is truly made in the vineyard. Classic notes of cherry & spice. No messing around, no fining and no filtration. Silver Medal winner at 2023 All Canadian Wine Championships
Inviting notes of violets, peppercorns, and cherry chocolate. This wine was aged in a combination of 10% new French oak & 10% concrete tank, with the remainder spending time in older or neutral barrels for 17 months. Wild fermented. Unfined and unfiltered, as always. Very limited quantities remaining!
This stunner of a wine was thoughtfully crafted and aged in the finest French oak barrels. Silky texture with fine tannins and notes of violets, black cherry and a hint of white pepper. Buy several bottles because you won't be able to resist drinking that first one or two straight away!
