Tasting Notes
With the Cabernet Sauvignon being more dominant in this year’s blend, we see a bit more tannin and structure than is typical of this wine. Medium bodied with notes of cedar & sage on the nose and bright red fruits on the palate. Herbaceous and bright. Beef Bourguignon would be tasty with this one. Sub in portobello mushrooms for a meat free option.

The components were blended and then bottled without any fining or filtration. Vegan friendly.
