Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Light in colour but with excellent weight and texture from fermentation and aging in concrete tanks. Cinsault is a classic Provencal variety that is responsible for much of their beloved rosé wines. Drink 2025 to 2027.
Vineyard Notes
We searched hard to find a suitable varietal to make a 2024 vintage of rosé from, and we got lucky to find a 1 acre block from the Naches Heights AVA just west of Yakima, Washington. At 1900 feet, it is one of the highest vineyards in Washington meaning harsh soils, cool climate and concentrated grapes. To read a bit more about this vineyard please visit the Wines tab on our website and scroll down to select Washington Series.
Winemaker Notes
Fermented and aged in concrete tanks. No fining agents were used. Vegan friendly.
