This decadent wine comes from our Home Vineyard vines, planted in 1999. Full bodied, very dark in colour, and brimming with complex flavours. This wine leads with black fruit and spice followed by a chalky minerality on the finish. Pair with prosciutto wrapped figs and blue cheese. Drink now to 2034
Winemaker Notes
This wine spent 20 months in fine French oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. It was then aged for another 12 months in bottle before being released. Vegan friendly.
